Nicky Ramsay, founder and director of Invision HR (Pty) Ltd, has a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial / Organisational Psychology.
She is a registered Industrial Psychologist (Independent Practice) with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
HPCSA – South Africa’s statutory regulator of healthcare professionals in South Africa.
Early on
Nicky has worked across various industries spanning the Pharmaceutical, Technology, Hospitality, Retail, Petrochemical & Construction, and more.
With years’ of experience in the HR field, Nicky has found herself in positions that have required the entire set-up of an HR department, as well as the continuous improvement and sustainability of those departments.
After assisting numerous SME’s for various HR-related matters, Invision HR was born.

Invision HR is passionate about creating and implementing client-centric solutions at both an individual, team and company level.
With successes throughout the HR generalist portfolio, Invision HR caters to growing SMEs that may not yet require the services of a full-time HR Manager, or that simply need guidance on their business or their own personal development.
